Granite invited children participating in the Boys & Girls Club of Burbank and Greater East Valley to tour our @TheBrand office complex in Glendale, CA – including the rooftop helipad!

Thank you to our customer, Gallagher, for leading the children through several activities including a lesson in binding a book.

Granite’s Senior Managing Director, Paul Bennett, was a panelist at ULI Dallas-Fort Worth's What’s New What’s Next and discussed the evolution of office space along with Chad Cook of Quadrant Investment Properties, Ashley Winchester Curry of JLL, and John Hardaway of Triten Real Estate Partners. Paul shared Granite’s experience developing a variety of high-quality office environments in several submarkets in DFW, including:
·     23Springs, a large, Class-AA development currently under construction in Uptown Dallas
·     Granite Park, a 90-acre master planned mixed-use development in Plano
·     Granite Place at Southlake Town Square, a two-building office complex at the popular open-air shopping district in Southlake
·     Factory Six-03, a historic warehouse turned Class-A office space in Dallas West End

40 Thorndike in Cambridge, MA, continues to make progress. The project includes the community-focused First Street Market, a year-round indoor farmer’s market and event space featuring a 40-foot mural by RVOL Creative.

As part of First Street Market, Chef Will Gilson is opening Amba Cambridge this week. The Mediterranean rotisserie and café will be available for dine in, takeout and delivery. 

Granite and Leggat McCall Properties are developing 40 Thorndike, turning a former courthouse into Class-A office space, apartments, and retail space.
