Green Hydrogen Systems A/S has completed phase 1 of the reliability testing of the X-Series electrolyser prototype. This milestone allows the company to release the X-Series product for binding contractual commitments on a performance-based price structure.

Peter Friis, CEO of Green Hydrogen Systems, says:
“We are pleased to have reached yet another milestone for our new X-Series electrolyser. The tests give us confidence in the product's reliability, and we are now ready for binding contractual commitments on a performance-based structure. We believe this model will support the roll-out of our first batch of the X-Series electrolysers to customers."

We will now continue with phase 2 of the prototype testing, which includes additional technical and operational learnings from the new product. The X-Series product is a 6MW pressurised alkaline electrolyser module that offers a competitive product to medium-to-large-scale hydrogen plants and projects.
 
Green Hydrogen Systems is engaged in dialogue with potential customers regarding the X-Series product, which will be available for order intake in 2024 and beyond.

This week, our CEO Peter Friis met with delegation of CEOs from the Renewable Hydrogen Coalition and European Commission Executive Vice-President Maroš Šefčovič to discuss key issues, including the Hydrogen Bank and the European industry's competitiveness. 

This happened shortly after Green Hydrogen Systems recently co-signed a letter calling on the European Commission President nominee Ursula von der Leyen to ensure a level playing field and require more "made in Europe" standards for the industry. We are working together with 20 major electrolyser manufacturers to support Europe's hydrogen industry and curtail the influx of cheap Chinese imports.

Wrapping up the World Hydrogen Summit & Exhibition after two productive and engaging days with the GHS team🌱

This year, we joined the event with a multi-streamed agenda on the innovation stage and at our booth. 
Following yesterday’s two booth sessions with our EPC partner, BWSC, today we had Troels Boysen on the H2 Tech Innovation stage presenting our case study on the X1200 multi-stack modular electrolyser system now operating and testing i Skive. 

Meanwhile our team was busy demonstrating our technology and connectinh with customers and prospects.
