Green Spot Technologies (GST) is an innovative start-up company, producing upcycled and fermented ingredients to enable food manufacturers to appeal to modern consumers. The company was originally set up in New Zealand following Dr Ninna Granucci's Phd. The company moved to France in 2018 after a successful fundraising round, with France and the European Union offering the ideal conditions for its development.
 Currently, the team consists of more than 19 people, with backgrounds ranging from microbiology, biochemistry and food science to process engineering and business development.  Green Spot has a 2,000 m2 industrial demon in Carpentras, a formulation kitchen and a biotech lab in Toulouse. The company works closely with French, European and international research bodies, manufacturers, side stream suppliers, analysis laboratories and public partners in the Occitanie and Provence regions.
The company has won numerous awards, both in New Zealand and Europe, underlining the uniqueness of its technology and products. Green Spot's ambition is to become a major industrial player in the agri-food value chain.

Dans des recettes de gâteaux, de pâtes à tartiner, de nappages et de fourrages. Nos ingrédients permettent de remplacer les matières sèches du cacao dans ces préparations. Un remplacement qui est intéressant d'un point de vue environnemental et économique pour les professionnels de l'industrie.

Chez Green Spot Technologies, nous aimons relever les défis! 🔥
 Une partie de l'équipe s'est donc motivée à participer à La Corrida Pédestre de Toulouse ce 5 juillet. Nous nous sommes entraînés ensemble tout au long du mois de juin pour relever le défi de courir 10km. Une réussite pour chacun d'entre nous grâce aux entraînements communs et à l'esprit d'équipe ! 
Et aussi peut-être grâce au petit coup de pouce de nos barres avec nos ingrédients Ferment'Up, ingrédients fermentés et upcyclés, qui nous ont accompagnés pour ce défi ! 😉

At Green Spot Technologies, we love a challenge! 🔥

So part of the team got motivated to take part in La Corrida Pédestre de Toulouse this July 5. We trained together throughout June to take up the challenge of running 10km. It was a success for all of us, thanks to our group training and team spirit! 
And perhaps also thanks to a little help from our bars with our Ferment'Up ingredients, fermented and upcycled ingredients, which accompanied us for this challenge! 😉
