Total lifted: 33,600kg😮💨 Not your average day at the gym… In support of The King of Chemo’s mission to raise the most money ever for cancer research and using his diagnosis against itself, we set a BIG challenge of weight lifting not one but TWO Grenade tanks and he absolutely smashed it👏 In just under 3 hours Iain used different exercises, weights and reps to reach the target, all while streaming live to his followers on Instagram and TikTok🙌 Follow along his journey and show your support on his socials!

Thanks to the University of Warwick for having us at their sports fair last week👏 We tested their strength with our body weight sled challenge (special shoutout to the winner with a time of just over 10 seconds)💪 👀 And of course, we got lots of Bars into hands, including the Limited Edition Gingerbread🔥
