Mubadala Energy has announced new appointments to its Board of Directors. Dr Bakheet Al Katheeri, CEO, UAE Investments Platform at Mubadala, assumes the role of Chairman, while Mansoor Mohamed Al Hamed, Managing Director and CEO of Mubadala Energy, has joined the Board alongside Inderpal Singh, Executive Director, UAE Industries at Mubadala.

In line with our country’s initiatives aimed at growing Emirati talents, we have collaborated with ADNOC to develop Emirati talent and support long-term career growth in both organizations.

The signing of the collaboration was witnessed by His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed, and attended by our MD and Group CEO, Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, and His Excellency Dr. Sultan Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology and ADNOC Managing Director and Group CEO.

His Highness emphasized the importance of a holistic partnership to bolster private-public sector collaborations. This initiative aims to further UAE nationals’ skills and talents in vital sectors and provide necessary training for future leadership talent.

As part of a consortium with I Squared Capital and other co-investors, our Traditional Infrastructure team has invested in Transportation Equipment Network (TEN), one of the largest trailer leasing platforms in North America. 

TEN is North America’s second largest full-service trailer lessor with a combined fleet of over 83,000 trailers with locations across most major logistics hubs. 

Our investment in TEN reflects our commitment to smart infrastructure that drives economic growth and offers long-term value. The fundraise of over $600 million by the consortium will support TEN’s continued growth and expand its market reach to create a North American champion for flexible transportation equipment solutions and an industry leading full-service trailer lessor.
