2) He or she pretends to be my partner and says nice things
3) He or she offers to host a web meeting to learn about your startup
4) There are "technical difficulties" that prevent the meeting 
5) Scammer offers downloadable "help" such as documents or apps
6) Downloadable apps or docs are filled with Malware

Please do be safe out there. It's unfortunate that there are bad actors who are exploiting our names, reputation, likeness, goodwill, brand and our community.
