Congratulations to GVP Climate portfolio company Factorial Energy which just announced delivery of B-samples of its lithium-metal solid-state batteries to JDA partner Mercedes-Benz AG.  This is the world’s *first* announced B-sample delivery of solid-state battery cells to a global automaker and a significant step to getting Factorial's batteries on the road.

Our CEO Cody Finke, Ph.D. had an incredible week at #BESummit24 in London presenting on decarbonizing heavy industry and the future of net zero construction. He got to catch up with fellow concrete decarbonizer Robert Niven, CEO of CarbonCure Technologies. Prince William, who created the The Earthshot Prize, called attention to the pivotal role of innovators and entrepreneurs in tackling climate change. And Bill Gates reflected that the clean industrial revolution is here.
