Last week we announced Habyt Oceanika in Malaga, our newest Habyt Flex property. Today we introduce to the world the concept of Habyt Flex: a blend between short stays and long stays, working and living. 

Habyt Flex properties represent a new kind of residential buildings. You will find amenities such as with wellness rooms, cafe, cocktail bar, meeting rooms and co-working spaces.

Not only do we Flex for our customers, but also for our real estate partners - allowing them to deploying assets with an optimized product that maximizes yields while adding something truly innovative to their portfolio.

🌟 Announcing our new Flex Living property: Habyt Oceanika in Malaga

Since we started Habyt we are on a mission to make housing more accessible. That means breaking barriers of bureaucracy, prejudice and cost. As we evolve on this mission, secular trends like remote work are blending the boundaries between home and workspace, between short and long stays. We call this new type of homes and lifestyle Flex Living.

Habyt has been operating a number of properties which embody the concept of Flex Living: Cantonment and Owen House in Singapore, The Waterfront in Berlin and The Wayland in Florida. This year we have a few more properties coming online in Milan and Madrid.

And this week we are announcing Habyt Oceanika, a new 210 unit development by Nuovit Corporate in Malaga, featuring 1 and 2 bedroom units for short and long stays, state of the art gym facilities, co-working spaces and a lot more.

Habyt is spearheading this new era of Flex Living with Habyt Oceanika, and can't wait for the opening in 2025. Thanks to our great Iberia team for this new project and the advisors at Savills España.

Operated by Habyt following an operation advised by Savills España, and owned by Nuovit Corporate, this visionary project blends co-living, homes, and hotel elements, creating a dynamic living experience.

The development boasts 210 units of 1 and 2-bedroom apartments spread across a vast 15,500 sqm, featuring amenties such as two swimming pools, lush palm gardens, a state-of-the-art gym, multiple living areas, a game room, co-working spaces, calisthenics facilities, and more.

📰 As seen in Il Sole 24 Ore: Habyt will be part of the redevelopment of Viale Certosa, joining YELDO and Leonardo Bongiorno on a preliminary agreement for the rental of the property.

Strategically located in Milan’s Certosa district, an area densely populated by students but with limited supply of accommodation, the current building will be converted into a student housing and serviced apartments complex.

With a total surface area of 12,000 sqm, this new project responds to an increasing market demand, offering more than 300 beds for students and young professionals.

This operation represents the first collaboration with a consortium of private investors led by Leonardo Bongiorno and the second operation promoted by Yeldo in the Certosa district.
