Welcome Day Alternants: a day to mark the start of a new adventure! Each year, we provide more than 350 apprentices and interns enriching career opportunities. Since the beginning of the year, 49 apprentices have been welcomed in Germany. Recently, we also had the pleasure of welcoming around thirty new apprentices from Alsace during an integration day at the Hager Forum. Through a variety of engaging activities, they gained an inside look into our company’s history and culture. The day featured a customized escape game to explore our heritage, a hands-on workshop to see how our solutions contribute to shaping the electrical world of tomorrow, and a factory tour showcasing our production in action. It was a pivotal moment for them to discover Hager Group from a fresh perspective and to connect with fellow apprentices. Over the course of three innovative days enthusiastically supported by 90 participants, Hager ushered in a new era of AI solutions tailored specifically for our strategic business.
