Supporting Matkassen in October – Together We Make a Difference! 🛍️❤️ Throughout the month of October, we at Haldex Sweden will be supporting the Matkassen initiative by donating non-perishable foods, sanitary, and hygiene products. All employees are welcome to participate in this initiative, and Haldex, as a company, will be donating goods in collaboration with Sodexo, which runs our canteen. Matkassen (grocery bag) is a wonderful community project run by the Church of Sweden, with the goal of reducing social exclusion, hunger, and food waste. Individuals and organizations join forces to donate goods, which are then sold to people in financial hardship for a symbolic fee of 20 SEK (approximately 1.72 euros) per bag. The proceeds from these sales go to charitable causes. We are incredibly proud to be part of this meaningful work and to contribute to something greater within our community.
