1. Shaaban Bakry, a location manager in Egypt, is acknowledged for 35 years of service. He fondly remembers his first day, and over time, days turned into weeks, years into decades, and with each step, he remains energized and excited.

2. Celeste Koon, the director of strategic marketing and brand in Houston, celebrates her 20-year anniversary. She advises, "Never be afraid to try something new." When she started as a field professional working on rigs, she had no idea what she was getting herself into.

3. Albaraa Tahlawi, an IEM maintenance planner, salutes his 5th year at the company. He emphasizes that every day brings new learning opportunities, and as a team, they overcome challenges together.
