🚀 Exciting News! 🚀 We love this time of year when #adherence data is coming back from our programs in both #medicareadvantage and in #pharma . We plan on reporting in greater depth; however, the early reads show across condition/adherence measure increases in mean PDC for HealthPrize members. We are also quite proud of the program’s effectiveness in converting nonadherent members to adherent by year-end. Here the numbers ranged from 80% to 89% of nonadherent members converting depending upon the plan and the condition/measure. We also saw across-the-board increases for adherent members, demonstrating the HealthPrize program’s effect on keeping chronically ill patients on their prescribed treatment. #healthcare #patientadherence #healthprize #chronicillness 👉 Want to learn more?
