What is a “coaching culture” anyway?

While much has been written about the perceived benefits of coaching cultures, the concept remains ill-defined and multiple definitions exist. Even less is said about how companies can make this culture a reality.
 
In collaboration with EZRA's NYU scholar Samantha Lynn, we spoke with industry trailblazers from companies including Astra-Zeneca, The Coca-Cola Company, Rogers Communications and RBC for their real-world experiences on implementing coaching cultures and how it can impact a business’s bottom line.
