We are so excited to share our data presented at the annual International Society for the Study of Womens Sexual Health (ISSWSH) conference this past weekend in California.

Our Objective 👇
To assess the resulting changes in sexual function after effective treatment of menopausal hot flashes in those who have concurrent complaints.

The Results 🙌
96% of HerMD participants responded to their intervention with self-reported improvement in hot flashes, dyspareunia, vaginal dryness, and improved libido.

100% of HerMD participants continued treatment.

Conclusion 🫶
Hot flashes are associated with a variety of sexual complaints, including, but not limited to: decreased libido (49%), vaginal dryness (31%), and dyspareunia (14%). Optimal treatment of hot flashes will have downstream efficacy with FSD complaints.

At HerMD, all healthcare professionals (HCP) receive internal, continuing menopausal medical education, which includes: standardized, clinical algorithms and demonstrated proficiency metrics, bibliotherapy, research article database, one-on-one didactic education and supervision, and preceptorships with national menopausal experts.

This extensive medical education, training, and support, coupled with extended, 40-minute menopausal visits, close clinical surveillance, and safe & inviting clinical centers, help to facilitate disclosure of intimate menopausal symptoms and allow for optimized clinical outcomes and compliance.
