In addition, the company offers performance coatings products, including Versatic acid derivatives for automotive, industrial, protective, architectural, construction, and adhesives applications; and chemical intermediates, such as Versatic acids and neo-acids for catalysts (peroxides), pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and adhesion promoters. It serves residential and non-residential construction, energy, automotive, and agriculture industries. The company was incorporated in 2019 and is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio.

On January 24 the Future of STEM Scholars Initiative (FOSSI) team was on the campus of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University to meet our 76 NC A&T FOSSI Scholars. #aggiepride   

FOSSI provides scholarship recipients $10,000 per year for four years, helping to eliminate financial barriers for historically under-represented groups in the chemical manufacturing industry. Our Diboll, Texas site recently hosted an appreciation lunch for all first responders from the Diboll and Lufkin areas. At the luncheon, the Diboll Volunteer Fire Department (DVFD) was presented with an $1,800 donation to cover their need for  fire blankets for electric vehicle (EV) fires.
