We are excited to share positive Phase 2 data from two studies of felzartamab for the treatment of Primary Membranous Nephropathy (PMN). The studies showed reduction in pathogenic antibody levels and proteinuria remissions that may signal renal recovery.
 
PMN is a rare immune-mediated disease (IMD) of the kidney that impacts more than 36,000 patients in the United States, and over 4,000 new patients every year. PMN imposes a high burden on patients and is one of the most common causes of nephrotic syndrome. There are currently no approved therapies for PMN.
