Last Friday we celebrated Honey’s 3rd birthday. To encourage creativity and camaraderie our Culture Club set the theme as ‘THREE’ - iconic trios, triplets and trilogies. 

Competition was fierce but the best dressed trio was 'Scissors, Paper, Rock' (not pictured). Although Scissors, Paper, Rock is considered a game of luck, there’s no such thing as luck when it comes to building a winning business and culture.

Last week we held a Lunch and learning session here at the Honey hub where we had a our morning tea catered for us and Vin Ramanadhan sharing insights into our product and it's performance.  

What are Lunch and Learn sessions, you ask? They're interactive, bite-sized workshops held right here in our office , where team members come together to share knowledge, insights, and skills.🥪📚

🌟 Celebrating a Month of Growth Through Team Culture and Collaboration 

Last Friday we wrapped up another incredible month here at Honey Insurance.
We kicked off with our all Hands monthly wrap up where our Senior leaders Richard Joffe, Angelo Azar, Galia Durbach,Simon Farrugia & Vin Ramanadhan all discussed milestones and achievements from the month - including the Launch with our newest partner ALDI Insurance.

We then celebrated with a yummy Paella lunch 🥘  

Teamwork isn't just a buzzword here—it's the heartbeat of our success. Each Employee of Honey brings unique perspectives and skills to the table, making our collective efforts greater than the sum of our individual contributions. Whether it's brainstorming innovative ideas or seamlessly executing projects, our synergy is what sets us apart.

Last week, Honey employees came together to host our annual Biggest Morning Tea, a nationwide initiative by the Cancer Council Australia to raise funds for vital cancer research, prevention programs, and support services. It was a wonderful opportunity to contribute to a important cause while enjoying a tasty morning tea break. 
 
Thanks to the Cancer Council for this initiative, and to everyone at Honey (especially our Culture Club) who volunteered with their exceptional baking skills. 👨‍🍳 👩‍🍳
