Progress for our 22,400-square-foot food hall is officially underway! We are thrilled to be working with dap design and Dr. Phillips Charities to preserve and repurpose the old Great Southern Box Company building and turn it into a vibrant multipurpose space. A look back at one of our recent projects with Crescent Communities, Monarch Market-- This highly anticipated culinary collective hosts 12 food vendors, 3 bars, and 1 full service restaurant in the heart of Uptown Charlotte.
