One of our latest projects from the UK: two temporary warehouses measuring 11.5 x 30 x 8.3 metres and 20 x 35 x 8.3 metres. These versatile industrial sheds are extremely durable and strong thanks to their robust frame made of aluminium profiles and steel connection parts. Key features: · Roof: Double-layer translucent, air-filled PVC covers, flame retardant for safety compliance and with an air pump to maintain air pressure · Side walls: Insulated sandwich elements with PU foam filling, providing thermal efficiency and enclosed in metal sheets for weather protection · Doors: two electric roller shutters, three single doors and one double door. The warehouses are designed to withstand various weather condition, with snow and wind load capacities compliant with UK buildings requirements. This 10x20 metre building with a side height of 4.3 metres offers 200 m² of usable space. The roof consists of 80 mm thick sandwich panels in RAL8012 red-brown, the walls of 60 mm thick sandwich panels in RAL9006. The high-quality insulation ensures excellent thermal insulation. The building is equipped with a door (1x2m) and a large roller shutter (4.8x4.2m), both coated in the same colour as the facade to ensure a uniform appearance. Thermally separated wall light strips ensure plenty of daylight, which increases the energy efficiency of the building. Drainage is provided by a galvanised rain gutter leading to a central point in the rear right-hand corner of the building. Update on one of our ongoing projects in Le Mans, France together with our customer iEvent . The final construction work is in full swing. The Skyline structure, for a well-known car manufacturer, is taking shape. On 12-16 June 2024, this beautiful double-decker will be able to devote itself fully to the world-famous 24-hour race. One of our L-shaped Cargo buildings. Tailored to the special requirements of our customer CUBOS, this construction measures 25 x 30 x 4.3 metres. The building offers TOP equipment and many high-quality features. The roof areas are fully utilised for the placement of a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 135 kWp. The photovoltaic system generates around 135,000 kWh of electricity per year. 70% of this already covers the company's own consumption. The remaining 30% is fed into the public grid. By placing the photovoltaic system on the roof surfaces of the lightweight building, the structure becomes an additional source of income over and above its primary use. Eine unserer L-Hallen Cargo. Zugeschnitten auf spezielle Anforderungen unseres Kunden CUBOS, misst diese Konstruktion 25 x 30 x 4,3 m. Die Halle bietet eine TOP-Ausstattung und viele hochwertige Features. Die Dachflächen werden vollständig zur Platzierung einer Photovoltaikanlage mit einer Kapazität von 135 kWp genutzt. Die Photovoltaikanlage erzeugt im Jahr etwa 135.000 kWh Strom. 70% decken hiervon bereits den Eigenverbrauch des Unternehmens. Die restlichen 30% werden in das öffentliche Netz eingespeist. Durch Platzierung der Photovoltaikanlage auf den Dachflächen der Leichtbauhalle wird die Struktur über die Primärnutzung hinaus zu einer weiteren Einnahmequelle. Un de nos bâtiments Cargo.
