On 31 October 2024, we wished a “Happy Retirement” to our CEO Clement Kwok after 23 years of service to the company. Colleagues from our Hong Kong operations gathered at the Peak Tower Sky Terrace 428 for cocktails and photograph-taking with Mr Kwok. This memorable event was followed by a lively Peak Tram journey back to Central, where we waved him off in a waiting Rolls-Royce, after racing to the “Finishing Line - Happy Retirement” ribbon! It operates through three divisions: Hotels, Commercial Properties, and Clubs and Services. The Hotels division is involved in the operation of hotels; and leasing of commercial shopping arcades and office premises located within the hotel buildings. The Commercial Properties division engages in the development, lease, and sale of residential apartments; and lease of retail and office premises, as well as operation of food and beverage outlets in such premises.
