BlackRock 🤝 Upvest: Transforming European Investing 
 
HV Capital portfolio company, Upvest launched a strategic collaboration with BlackRock to democratize investing across Europe. The partnership combines Upvest's innovative investment API with BlackRock's ETF and asset management expertise. 

This enables more fintechs, banks, and wealth managers to make investing accessible for their customers. Investors benefit from Upvest's low-friction infrastructure to reduce transaction costs and allow access from small investment amounts.
 
As part of this collaboration, Upvest has closed a €30 million funding round with participation from BlackRock, Bessemer Venture Partners, Earlybird Venture Capital, Notion Capital, ABN AMRO Ventures, 10X Capital, and HV Capital.

🇬🇧 🎉 We’re delighted to announce that London-based Fintech kennek has raised a $12.5m Seed round led by HV Capital with participation from DFF (Dutch Founders Fund), AlbionVC, ff Venture Capital, Plug and Play Tech Center and Syndicate One.
 
kennek will utilize the new capital to further innovate the alternative lending sector by developing tools designed by experienced lenders. Additionally, the team plans to strengthen its presence in the UK market, provide enhanced support to its expanding client base, and broaden kennek's range of services.
