🔑 Highlights of this Partnership:

💠 This investment aims to support the growth of India's digital infrastructure, enabling iBUS to scale our operations and strengthen our leadership in in-building solutions, outdoor small cells, and managed WiFi services. iBUS also plans to expand its presence in new emerging sectors like IoT solutions.

💠 The funds will be utilised to develop new infrastructure solutions to meet the demands of evolving market and technological advancements, aligning with the Digital India Mission initiated by the Government of India.

💠 Post-investment, NIIF will hold a significant majority stake in iBUS, reinforcing our commitment to India's digital transformation.

With this investment, iBUS is poised to strengthen its market position and drive innovation in the digital infrastructure space, reaffirming its commitment to empowering communities through connectivity.

Avendus was the transaction partner to iBUS on this investment.
