The plan will impose a tax of $100 per year for each cow, aiming to significantly reduce the nation's agricultural emissions, which currently account for 22.4% of its total climate footprint. It’s a big leap towards green, but let's be real: getting to carbon neutral (especially by 2050) is going to take more than just taxes. It’s going to take innovation... and deliciousness!
