• Size: €25 million at first closing
• Independent Fund Management: Ruth Janssens Kris Vandenberk 
• Target: early-stage companies with scalable business model, mainly technology or technology-enabled, main focus on the most promising imec.istart companies with limited capacity to invest in companies outside of the imec.istart portfolio
• Stage: late seed to series A
• Geography: Belgium, Netherlands, Italy
