In the ongoing commitment and quest to doing better every day, Indofil has recently taken part in the 38th National Convention on Quality Concepts, hosted by Quality Circle Forum of India in collaboration with ABV IIITM Gwalior. This thoughtful event focused on well-researched and ideated case study presentations focused on optimizing of packing material, reducing hazardous waste sustainably, and implementing effective strategies to improve quality and productivity across plants. Out of 74 participating organizations, Indofil Industries proudly won 4 Gold trophies at state level for its impactful initiatives and outstanding contributions across its units!

They were given a warm welcome and briefed to follow EHS protocols, wear safety kits and comply with necessary guidelines. Guided by our dedicated production team, they explored our state-of-the-art facility, storage, and quality control area, and observed the meticulous process of Indofil M45 packing in real time. We believe that by sharing our processes with them, we’re nurturing a community built on trust, care, transparency, shared aspirations and values. This is just the beginning. He is truly transformational in nature and has nurtured and revitalized many companies across the globe. His multifaceted background, creative thinking and 360-degree knowledge may form just the tip of the iceberg of what he brings to the board. An architect by qualification & training, and master’s in project management, VRA is full of life, stories, insights. VRA’s humility and seamless way of working, combined with his high-performance attitude and sight of the end, intrigues us. We are eager to witness the agility and thoughtfulness he will continue to bring to Indofil. VRA strongly believes that Indofil is not an agrochemical company, but a concept!
