Inflexion backed the pet supplement business in 2017. The business has seen tremendous growth: in 2023 alone, their sales grew 35% to £70m. It has even cracked the US market, taking it's products across the pond during a global pandemic, with US revenues doubling in 2023.

Our portfolio company, dss+, recently returned from #COP28 in Dubai, holding panel discussions on #energytransition and #decarbonisation of hard-to-abate sectors. dss+ China Director Xin Liu spoke on a panel discussion about technological innovation, energy transition and social enterprise in China. dss+ also announced the publication of a new book entitled “How To Create A Sustainable Food Industry - A Practical Guide to Perfect Food”, and presented the “Watts to Waste” report on solar waste in India – a report commissioned by the International Solar Alliance and UNEP. 
 
These topics are timely, as this COP saw the world vow to transition away from fossil fuels and recognise the centrality of the food & agriculture sector as key to reach a 1.5 degree limit.  We are proud to see dss⁺ bringing practical solutions and advancing relevant and difficult conversations, especially as the world increasingly recognises the importance of the business community in driving innovation and building a #netzero future.

Inflexion is delighted to announce it has agreed to partner with GlobalData Plc to carve out its #healthcare data division as a standalone entity, in a transaction valuing the business at £1.1bn.
 
The investment is being made by Inflexion’s dedicated minority equity strategy, Partnership Capital.
 
Inflexion has a strong track record in leading corporate partnerships and carve-outs through its Partnership Capital Fund, including the recently announced carve-out of aosphere with global law firm Allen & Overy, partnering with Informa PLC to create Curinos, and partnering with the Daisy Group to create Giacom.
