InfraVia Capital Partners is pleased to announce that its portfolio company Heygaz Biomethane, S.L. has entered into an agreement to acquire Ormonde Organics, a leading Irish biomethane platform. 
 
Since its creation less than a year ago, Heygaz Biomethane, S.L. has entered into five new countries with high growth potential. InfraVia Capital Partners is delighted to support Heygaz Biomethane, S.L. in delivering its ambition to create a scaled European biomethane producer with a full suite of expertise including feedstock and digestate management, brownfield and greenfield asset base roll out and efficient commercialization of renewable gas
production.

🌱 2024 ESG Forum  | Driving engagement in our portfolios 🌍
 
Last month, we hosted our 2nd ESG Forum, bringing together our ecosystem  to push forward the sustainability journey and drive change through concrete actions. The InfraVia Capital Partners team welcomed 35 participants across our Infrastructure and Growth equity portfolio companies alongside 9 external partners in a dynamic discussion.
 
Régine LUCAS, a pioneering leader in sustainability, joined the team to share her inspiring journey and insights. Régine's powerful testimony to driving positive change and pushing boundaries served as a catalyst for meaningful discussions.
 
Attendees engaged in four workshops on key areas of focus: upcoming Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), decarbonisation trajectories, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and responsible communication.
