Portfolio News: Revolutionizing Cardiovascular Care with AI Cardisio ’s recent DEMPSEY study highlights the potential of its innovative AI technology for early detection of cardiovascular disease (CVD) — a critical priority for the NHS . The heart test demonstrates high sensitivity (73.8%) and specificity (94.4%) for identifying CVD in asymptomatic patients, effectively reducing unnecessary referrals to secondary care. Its user-friendly design allows non-clinical personnel to administer the test in pharmacies and through telemedicine, alleviating pressure on healthcare systems.
