This follows their $28 million sale of the Jamo™ and Energy™ brands in September. 💊 King-Friend, a Chinese pharmaceutical company, acquired 23 patents from Coherus BioSciences related to biopharmaceutical formulations, including high-concentration adalimumab. The two companies have previously collaborated on the Simplicit90Y software product. 🔹 RPX, a patent risk management company, obtained 30 patents from Finnish cybersecurity firm WithSecure (formerly known as F-Secure). These patents relate to cybersecurity and malware detection and prevention, including methods for detecting and eliminating malicious software to secure computer resources. 🔹 Nosler, a U.S. ammunition manufacturer, acquired 15 patents from Kyoto University concerning rare fatty acid production and utilization in pharmaceuticals.
