Last week, our team had the opportunity to meet the Huhtamaki team at a full-day Scaling Workshop at the Huhtamaki Istanbul facility. 🏭

Our journey, which began in early November, has been nothing short of extraordinary, encompassing facilities across Turkey, South Africa, Vietnam, and India – with all sites onboarded and live in under 6 weeks! And now at our workshop, it was really incredible to witness the positive impact our collaboration is creating, solidifying Huhtamaki’s commitment to a safer and more productive workplace.

It is always a privilege and pleasure to work with leaders who prioritize workplace safety above all else. We’re excited to continue this journey with Huhtamaki and help them ensure a high level of health and safety competency across the entire organization.

In 2023, our journey was filled with growth, learning, and innovation as we dived deep into the highs and lessons, setting the stage for an even more impactful 2024. During the workshops, we fine-tuned last year's practices and hatched innovative plans to disrupt traditional approaches in workplace safety.

We hosted our first-ever LLM Hackathon!

Centered on 'Efficiency in the Organization', teams tackled tasks such as workflow automation and data management to revolutionize our work processes. Six dynamic teams, including Teleri, EagleEye, Hexcore, Thoth, Rosetta, and Triforce, have brought some incredible projects to life. And now, the moment we've all been waiting for... Team Teleri took home the award 🏆

Also, congratulations to both the Rosetta and Hexcore teams for securing 2nd and 3rd place! All the participating teams brought forth some fantastic ideas and maintained an exceptionally friendly competitive spirit.

Unfortunately, it wasn't always easy to sustain this friendly vibe. Even before our hackathon officially kicked off, one of the competitors had a broken hackathon cup delivered to their house… Well, it's crystal clear that this was a threat 👾

Prior to these roles, Deniz had more than 10 years of experience in management consulting, lastly serving as a Director at Deloitte's strategy consulting service line.
