Investcorp-Tages specialises in actively managed, alternative investment strategies spanning external manager allocations, strategic partnerships such as seeding and UCITS, and internally managed strategies. Investcorp-Tages’ experience in alternative investments spans more than 25 years, from the inception of Investcorp’s hedge fund investment platform in 1996 and the establishment of Tages in 2011. 

With offices in London, New York and Milan, Investcorp-Tages manages alternative assets for institutional investors worldwide, including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, foundations, endowments, family offices, insurance companies and other financial institutions.


Last week, Lionel Erdely, Co-CEO and CIO at Investcorp-Tages, spoke at Agecroft Partners’ webinar entitled “Gaining the Edge, Generating Alpha with Emerging Managers". 

During the session Lionel and three other experts explored the opportunities and approaches for investing in smaller, emerging hedge funds and alternative investment talent. They discussed the importance of time, size and diversification for achieving an emerging manager premium amongst other topics. Many thanks to Don A. Investcorp-Tages has completed its first Carbon Footprint report on 2022, developed in collaboration with the Department of Design at the Politecnico di Milano and in particular with Giovanna Marchionni and Paolo Gandini. 

The Carbon Footprint report took into account our hybrid work model (2 days working from home per week), and shows results calculated on both "location based" and "market based" approaches, as our London and Milan offices rely on 100% renewable electricity supply. The report is available to investors upon request and will also be produced in the coming years with the aim of identifying possible areas of emission reduction. 

Improving our environmental performance and offsetting our Carbon Footprint are ongoing commitments for Investcorp-Tages.
