It also offers property management services to residential buildings, commercial buildings, or shopping centers; and facility management services, such as the maintenance of buildings, as well as outdoor services for residential properties, offices, commercial buildings, and shopping centers. In addition, the company provides property management and real estate services. As of December 31, 2021, its portfolio consisted of 171 buildings with 3,073 residential units in the Lake Geneva region. Investis Holding SA was founded in 1994 and is headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland.
