Jingtian & Gongcheng Deepened Cooperation with Peking University Law School to Set Up Scholarships On the afternoon of October 29, 2024, the donation signing ceremony for the "Jingtian & Gongcheng Scholarship" by Jingtian & Gongcheng was held in the Koguan Building of Peking University Law School. Jingtian & Gongcheng has established the "Jingtian & Gongcheng Excellent Practice Scholarship" at Peking University since 2010, which aims to support outstanding legal practice projects and fund students to intern at Jingtian & Gongcheng. Over the past 14 years, nearly 150 students have won the award after multiple rounds of judging and selection. The donation ceremony is not only another strong support for the education cause of Peking University Law School, but also an important embodiment of fulfilling social responsibilities and giving back to the society.

Jingtian & Gongcheng Assisted China Bohai Bank to Provide M&A Financing for Asiainfo Security's Acquisition of Asiainfo Tech On November 11, 2024, Asiainfo Security ( 688225.SH ), a listed company on the SSE STAR Market, successfully completed the acquisition of controlling shares of Asiainfo Tech ( 01675.HK ), a company listed on the main Board of the HKSE (hereinafter referred to as "the transaction"), which is the first major asset restructuring project of "A-shares acquisition of H-shares" on the SSE STAR Market. As the legal counsel of China Bohai Bank, Jingtian & Gongcheng provided comprehensive legal services for the M&A financing in the transaction, and finally assisted the financing and acquisition to be successfully completed.
