For the last four years, Gen. Lester Lyles has served as Gov. Mike DeWine’s appointee to our board as Chairman of the Compensation and Workforce Committee.  

He helped guide a major expansion of our scope and effectiveness despite a global pandemic. As Ohio worked to seize our Generational Opportunity for an industrial renaissance post-pandemic, Gen. Lyles continued contributing to Ohio’s economic success and future growth.    

After a 35-year active duty military career and decades more in service at the highest levels of business, government, civic, educational, and cultural life, Lester Lyles gets to take a day off as he steps down from our board of directors.
