Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC, also known as Jollibee Group) is one of the fastest-growing restaurant companies in the world. Our mission is to serve great-tasting food and bring the joy of eating to everyone through our 18 brands with over 6,800 stores across 33 countries. 

The Jollibee Group has eight wholly owned brands (Jollibee, Chowking, Greenwich, Red Ribbon, Mang Inasal, Yonghe King, Hong Zhuang Yuan, Smashburger); four franchised brands (Burger King, Panda Express, and Yoshinoya in the Philippines, and Tim Ho Wan in certain territories in China); 80% ownership of The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf; 60% ownership in the SuperFoods Group that owns Highlands Coffee; and 51% ownership of Milksha, a popular Taiwanese bubble tea brand. JFC also has a business venture with award-winning Chef Rick Bayless for Tortazo, a Mexican fast-casual restaurant business in the United States.

The Jollibee Group, through its subsidiary Jollibee Worldwide Pte. Ltd. (JWPL) owns 92% participating interest in Titan Dining LP, a private equity fund that owns the Tim Ho Wan brand. The Jollibee Group has a joint venture with the THW Group to open and operate THW restaurants in Mainland China. The Company also established a joint venture company that will own and operate Tiong Bahru Bakery and Common Man Coffee Roasters in the Philippines. Recently, the Jollibee Group signed agreements to own 10% ownership in Botrista, a leader in the beverage technology space. The Company also owns a 90% participating interest in Titan Dining Partners II Ltd to further grow Asia Pacific food service brands and/or bring strong global food service brands to Asia Pacific.

We are excited to welcome the newest member of our portfolio of well-loved brands: South Korea's most-loved value coffee brand Compose Coffee. ☕☕☕

Founded in Busan in 2014, Compose Coffee rapidly grew to 2,470 stores across South Korea. Its menu boasts a huge variety of coffee and non-coffee options led by its flagship product, the KWR1,500 Americano. The brand was named South Korea’s favorite coffee shop at the 2023 Korea’s Most Loved Brand Awards organized by Forbes Korea.

The Jollibee Group is acquiring a 70% stake in Compose Coffee, aligning with our strategic commitment to the Coffee and Tea Segment.

Our Chairman and Chief Taste Officer Tony Tan Caktiong shared his excitement for the brand's next phase of growth. “We believe that Compose Coffee is a compelling strategic fit for JFC and is on track to becoming the largest, fastest growing and leading value coffee player in South Korea."

Our collaboration with the DTI aims to empower micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through valuable insights and knowledge sharing, fostering growth and resilience in the business community.

During the session, industry experts and Jollibee Group leaders shared their expertise on business innovation, sustainable practices, and navigating the current economic landscape. In particular, our Jollibee Group Foundation shared the story of our inclusive business practice, the Farmer Entrepreneurship Program, and how it connects smallholder farmers to institutional buyers like the Jollibee Group.

Four of our main manufacturing sites in the Philippines have successfully integrated clean energy into their operations, with over 16,800 solar panels supplying 9+ MW of renewable power. These manufacturing sites are responsible for many iconic Jollibee Group favorites, including Jollibee's Yumburgers and pies, Red Ribbon's cakes and pastries, among many others.

“This is a significant milestone in our sustainability journey at the Jollibee Group. These initiatives are more than just technological advancement, but more importantly a shared commitment to preserving our planet and furthering our collective responsibility to create a more sustainable future,” shared Michael Ong, our President and Head of Supply Chain.
