It was incredible to have so many of our colleagues across our UK sites and from all our international markets together for Jordans Dorset Ryvita 's FY24-25 Conference. 💹 🌍 We looked back at the successes and wins of the past year and shared our priorities for growth plus exciting brand plans for the year ahead in the UK and globally. 🌱 Another proud moment was hearing about the work we have done for decades on reducing Jordans Dorset Ryvita 's environmental impact and the results we have achieved with our Jordans oat growers, Ryvita rye growers and around the world supporting both nature and the communities where we source our ingredients. We outlined our new sustainability strategy and the practical and impactful ways we will be making more progress this year. 🏆 We also took time to recognise our 2024 'Golden Globe' Award Winners: Chris Butterworth , Fiona Murray , Natasha Parry , Jonathan Tew , Laura Grieves-Johnson , Faye Fordham , Kevin Coulson, Simon Carr, Roxana Paduret and Declan Phelan who were voted for by their colleagues for standout performance and contribution to the business in their various fields. 🧡 Thank you to everyone involved in organising such a special event that embodied our Jordans Dorset Ryvita spirit, creating a place of work for our people to feel proud of.
