We were honoured to have had the privilege in conjunction with Bloomberg to host a roundtable dinner last month for the Ministry of Economy of Malaysia at Shangri-La Singapore. The roundtable was attended by the leadership of many of SEA’s prominent and leading venture capital funds and tech startups.

The attendees shared their ideas, insights and experiences for the purpose of driving innovation and growth in Malaysia’s startup ecosystem. A sentiment that was echoed across the table was the importance of regional collaboration to support startups in overcoming the longstanding challenges of a fragmented SEA market.
