Kairous Capital is a regional private equity and venture capital investment firm led by professionals with extensive experience in both venture capital and private equity sector. We have been incredibly lucky in working alongside with Julian Tan and his team at FastCo to transform blue-collars and non-executive sectors in Southeast Asia. 

Our investment in FastCo further solidify our commitment in bringing the best companies across the region to build and invest in our home base, Malaysia. 

In FastCo case, we see tremendous opportunities in not just bringing equal access to job opportunities to the B40 communities but also uplifting / upskilling their skillsets to allow them to move up the social ladders. 

This is much in line with the Malaysia government's Ekonomi Madani to achieve the goal of being in the Top 25 in Human Development Index and Increasing labour share of income to 45% of GDP in the next 10 years. 

The company has been recently picked up by BFM 89.9 - The Business Station, a great session done between Roshan Kanesan, CFP and the Julian Tan to discuss about their journey and what's their plan going forward in making a meaningful impact for the underserved non-executive workers in Malaysia and the rest of the Southeast Asia country.
