The ASSURE Assist service offers patients post shock support1

When the ASSURE system delivers a shock for a life-threatening heart rhythm, the ASSURE Assist® service is designed to send an alert via the ASSURE patient app to an Emergency Medical Services (EMS) operator.

The EMS operator attempts to contact the patient to determine if additional help is needed. If the patient cannot be reached, the EMS operator attempts to call the emergency contact and share the patient’s status and current location.

If both the patient and emergency contact cannot be reached or if either request additional help, EMS may be dispatched to the patient’s location.

A few weeks back at #HRS2024, Kestra premiered our abstract, Compliance and False Shock Alarm Rate of a Novel Wearable Cardioverter Defibrillator, showcasing a snapshot of the ASSURE WCD Registry results: 

- 94.1% of patients never experienced a false alarm
- 23.1 hrs/day median daily use 
- 87% of females chose to wear Garment B (median daily use 23.4 hrs/day)
