Dr. Sasan spoke about how maternal health and lack of access to care in rural communities is a fundamental issue that Kindbody is uniquely positioned to address.

If it was not for the people that shared their stories with the world no matter how scary it was for them, I don't believe I would have had the foresight to see my own potential and what is possible. 

With that, along with interviewing the incredible Dr Fahimeh Sasan on today's episode, I chose to share a personal part of my story - going through elective egg freezing. Why? I want to live in a world where women can succeed professionally on their terms and having choice around family building & fertility is a non-negotiable part of that.
