Error-prone manual tasks pose significant challenges in automotive assembly. But what if we told you we have a solution to address this issue?

Although automotive manufacturing is highly automated, certain tasks along the assembly line still require manual intervention. Workers must accurately install parts with the correct screws multiple times daily. While human involvement ensures quality, errors are inevitable.

At #KINEXON, we sought to streamline these tasks. Our solution automatically detects whether tools or screws are being mounted correctly on the car, simplifying the process and reducing errors. Through our solution, we achieved a significant 99.98% efficiency rate for our customers' assembly lines.
