We are constantly improving our product: at the end of 2017, a new KIVI line with advanced design, hardware and functionality came out. To create KIVI TVs, we use the world's leading industry leaders to provide the best image quality. Software updates are performed several times a year and are automatic.
We impose strict requirements on the factories that collect KIVI TVs: now we are working with factories in Asia and Europe doing the same work for world leaders, possessing precise, high-tech equipment and having a rigorous quality control system.
We monitor each stage so we are confident in our TVs, we are responsible for their reliability and provide our customers with an extended guarantee period of 3 years.
