RECYCLING COPPER ♻ Recycling extends the life cycle of products and contributes to waste minimisation. Once the product has fulfilled its function, the materials from which it was manufactured are reintroduced, if possible through recycling. This allows them to be continuously reused within the production cycle. Reuse and recycling slow down the consumption of natural resources, reduce the environmental impact and help to minimise the loss of biodiversity. 💚 KME's production is highly focused on maximising the use of materials from recycling and recovery processes. *** ♻ Recycling verlängert den Lebenszyklus von Produkten und trägt zur Abfallvermeidung bei. 👉 Copper plays a key role in a circular economy! 💚 Firstly, because it can be recycled without losing its features. Recycled copper is no different from mine-produced copper; once the useful life of a product is over, it can be recycled and reused to make new products. The high recyclability of scrap, at the same time, minimises the contribution of copper to waste production. 👌 Another important quality of copper is its durability. The life cycle of a copper product is very long. And durability is another strong point with respect to the principles of the circular economy.
