It’s been an eventful week 👀

💡 Saturday kicked things off with our CEO, Benedict Kurz, participating in a panel discussion at the IdeaLab! - WHU Founders' Conference. Together with Thomas Bachem, Dr. Marcus Erken, and Laurent-Frédéric Lohmann, Benedict reflected on how to teach the next generation of innovators.

👩🎓 We continued on Monday, when we welcomed students from DIS - Study Abroad at our office in Berlin. During the presentation and Q&A they gained insights on EdTech and Knowunity's founding story, with a deep dive into launching our product in the US.

🎤 On Wednesday, Benedict Kurz was back on main stage at Project A Ventures’ PAKCon where he exchanged views with Verena Pausder, René Mauer, Yvonne Wende and Rainer Berak on the dynamic intersection of education and entrepreneurship.

👨💻 We closed the week with a group of students from the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) visiting us at our office on Thursday to learn about Knowunity and how we are leveraging AI to build a successful product with over 9 million users.

Yesterday, we hosted the September Flutter Berlin Meetup at Knowunity. It was an amazing evening of knowledge sharing and networking 📱🎤🥂

We had our very own Gregor Weber on stage, discussing A/B testing and sharing the lessons we learned from conducting over 1,000 A/B tests at Knowunity 🚀

Flutter Berlin Meetup’s Sasha Denisov guided us through making Flutter apps accessible for everyone, including individuals with visual, mobility, learning, or hearing disabilities 🦾

In times of high competition and high expectations, it is even more important to be as close to the user as possible. For Knowunity, this can sometimes be a challenge - as our users spend most of their time at school 😎

That's why last week our Founders, Product and Design teams decided to visit a soccer team during their practice to gather feedback on our app and learn more about how they use EdTech. We learned a lot and were once again amazed at how confident teens were with our app, how high their expectations were for AI features, and ... how well sports can connect kids from different backgrounds. 💙

Last week, our Co-Founder Gregor Weber had the privilege of giving a guest lecture for Designing Education Project Lab Berlin at Technische Universität Berlin.

The talk was about "Scaling Edtech and AI in Education", where Gregor shared insights into Knowunity's journey and growth, how we are building the product and discussed the transformative power of AI in education and how Knowunity is using AI to revolutionize the learning experience and empower students to learn more effectively.

For example, by providing users with a personalized learning experience with our AI learning buddy that supports students throughout the learning process. Thanks a lot Colin Matsinhe for inviting us to share our knowledge and experience with the students of the Designing Education Project Lab Berlin. It was an incredible opportunity to connect with the next generation of education and technology enthusiasts and discuss also their ideas about the future of EdTech.
