Any Day" is a message to live by, not just for one day, but every day 💛 To foster ongoing conversations about mental health, we: ✨ Hosted a Wellness session with Rebecca Max from Infinite Presence, learning proactive ways to care for our well being and recognise when we or others might need support. 💬 Engaged with our EAP provider to better understand their services and how to access them. 🍰 Enjoyed an RUOK? Day Morning Tea, connecting and sharing the important message of checking in with each other. 📝 Created a Gratitude Wall where our team reflected on and shared what they were thankful for, big or small. We've recently introduced Monthly Department Hosted drinks to our Social Squad schedule. Each month, a different Department will take the reins in hosting our Friday Afternoon drinks and putting their own spin on how we celebrate together as a team. 🎉 🎉 We have been off to a strong start with our Marketing Team hosting a 'Carnival' theme and our Logistics Team setting up a Paint n Sip. These have been a great way to connect and celebrate our wins together as well as see the creativity from our team at Kogan.com HQ! We celebrate every birthday, but some are more special than others. Everyone remembers their milestones: their 18th, 21st, 30th, or for some of us, our 40th (and beyond) birthdays. This is a special one for us: today Kogan.com turns 18 years old and we’ve been celebrating all week. We’ve made it out of our teenage years into eCommerce ‘adulthood’! We’re doing a lot of things to celebrate, including a huge sale to help our customers live their best lives. We jump out of bed every morning to deliver remarkable value to you, our customers. Back when Kogan.com was hatched in a run-down suburban Melbourne garage in 2006, barely anyone in Australia shopped online. They said we were crazy for believing eCommerce was the way of the future. We put our blinkers on, acted with conviction, and persevered. We built, and showed everyone how online shopping delivers convenience and great value. Now, we can’t imagine our lives without online shopping. Even with the huge changes in the past 18 years, we’re just getting started, we’ve only scratched the surface of what’s possible. eCommerce penetration in Australia and New Zealand is just a fraction of what it is in more developed markets. The most exciting thing is that we aren’t just riding the wave of this trend.
