A tribute to Krug & Gastronomy. Held at the historic Gare des Invalides in Paris, the experience 'Inside Krug's Kitchen' marked a decade of culinary adventures around the Single Ingredient. Perpetuating the dream of Joseph Krug with the means of today and tomorrow. We are delighted to announce the opening of Joseph, our new winery designed in line with our founder’s uncompromising vision of excellence. Joseph is first and foremost a human adventure gathering passionate people who joined forces to bring it to life. "People are at the heart of the project. The site has been designed by and for its users." says Julie Cavil. Spanning some 9,500 square meters with eight independent cellars and 330 individual tanks, the site is the ideal place to keep and vinify each wine's plot separately, honoring the diversity of Champagne terroirs. Situated in the Clos d’Ambonnay, an iconic vineyard for the Maison, Joseph was designed to blend into the landscape and is HQE certified with a rating of "exceptional".

“Seeing Sound, Hearing Krug” has been awarded the Prix d’Or at the Grand Prix Stratégies du Luxe in the category of Events, Press and Public relations. Co-created by Krug and the late Ryuichi Sakamoto over a period of 3 years, “Suite for Krug in 2008”, a symphony in 3 acts inspired by 3 Krug cuvées created around the harvest of 2008, was presented at events called “Seeing Sound, Hearing Krug” in New York, London and Tokyo in 2022. This immersive musical experience showcased the parallels between the musical art and winemaking craftsmanship. It has been a true honour to partner with such a brilliant musical genius, and our thoughts continue to be with Mr. Sakamoto’s loved ones.
