Our 2024 full-time North America and Brazil Financial Advisory Associate classes have successfully completed their first week of training! Throughout August, they will engage in a series of exams and technical skills training sessions. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to meet with senior leaders including Chief Executive Officer Peter Orszag, President Raymond McGuire, and Global Chief Operating Officer of Financial Advisory Jason Bernhard.

Lazard served as the independent financial advisor to Ocado Group plc for its capital raising efforts, which included a £300 million Revolving Credit Facility (RCF), a £250 million Convertible Bond issuance, and £450 million in Senior Unsecured Notes.

Lazard acted as exclusive financial advisor to the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of Thoughtworks on its acquisition by Apax Partners.
