Last week, we hosted our annual Leap Connect at the beautiful J.P. Morgan Private Client Center in San Francisco, CA! 

It is always great to catch up with our incredible founders and investor community. This year, we were fortunate to have JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s Innovation Economy team kick us off by sharing valuable insights and trends on the VC/Tech industry for 2024 and beyond. The J.P. Morgan panel, moderated by Roman Leal, CFA, included Head of Startup Banking Ashraf Hebela, CFA, and members of their Payments and Financial Institutions Group, along with the J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Fund. A key takeaway was the importance for founders, across all stages, to invest time in establishing a strong fiscal relationship that can help them scale.
