From Refugee-Led Organizations (RLOs) in Kakuma Refugee Camp to accredited schools and community-based organizations across the country, the Learning Upgrade program is being used as a remedial pathway for out-of-school children, as a resource to close learning gaps in accredited schools, and as a workforce development tool equipping adults with fundamental job skills and entrepreneurial skills. We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Mexoxo , a non-profit with a mission to educate 5 million vulnerable women in 40 countries by 2030. Together, we will deploy our education programs to maximize outcomes for the women we’re serving. The first opportunity we’re excited to share is Mexoxo’s eCornell Take the Lead Program funded by the L'Oréal Fund for Women: more than 20 hours of skill-based courses in leadership, entrepreneurship, time management, and career exploration. Women who complete the program will receive a letter of completion.
