Meet Ravi Shankar Jha who has won the much coveted TGIS 8 times in a row! 🏆

Ravi joined us 2 years back, as a Senior Counsellor. Now an Assistant Manager, Ravi works in our Leverage One department. Fun fact: Ravi and a few team members started Leverage One, and are largely responsible for the vertical's resounding success. 🙌🏻

Ravi has countless success stories in his belt, but one stands out. He helped Mayank, a student who struggled to secure a good IELTS score, but finally gained admission to Bournemouth University in the UK. Mayank's parents consider Ravi as family 🥹

When we asked what he liked the most about his workplace, he said, "Overcoming challenges". 🤭

We wish Ravi all the very best 💯

This is how the folks at Leverage Edu pulled up for International Yoga day 🧘‍♀️

Meet Aastha Sharma, our counsellor superstar who is a part of the UK Team. This is Aastha's first job. Aastha credits her inspiring managers and the joy of seeing her students achieve their dreams as her main motivators. 💪

As part of her POL (People of Leverage) interview, Aastha wanted to share 2 personal anecdotes.

1. "A student once sent me a Zomato coupon as a thank-you after receiving an offer letter within a week🤭. These small achievements and the joy in my students' voices keep me going! 🫶🏻"

2. "A student who managed his entire application process independently without involving his parents completed his process smoothly. Afterwards, the student's father called me to thank me for teaching his son so well that he knew the entire process by heart. He was so relieved that he was in good hands! I loved that! 🥹"

We wish Aastha continued success in helping students achieve their dreams. Students-first indeed 🤝🏻
